Sad Poem . . .

I wrote this during my summer school class.. Enjoy?

God has told me, you only live life once . ;
Have you ever lived in the cold streets for 36 months ? ;
Well I did , I'm not cocky and I'm not proud . ;
I rather live in heaven , fly around them warm clouds . ;
Now I'm afraid , people telling us God doesn't exist . ;
So when I get to that gate , I won't get no hug or kiss ? ;
Damn ... Momma , why did you have to lie ? ;
Now I'm standing here all alone , about to die . ;
And yes I am shaking , I am afraid of death . ;
Afraid of what would happen after my last breath . ;
Why won't someone save me ? Am I too ugly ? ;
I need someone to hold me , please don't call me a baby . ;
Oh ! I forgot to tell you , I even lost an arm . ;
I hide it inside my sweater , wich isn't so warm . ;
A bunch of little holes here and there , they stop and stare . ;
Why stare ? I'm just a normal guy living on the streets , ;
you can say I live a nightmare . ;
They call me him, that call me this and that . ;
That's because they don't know me , they don't know my path . ;
I miss my family , they died in the war . ;
I survived , now that's unusual , like a shooting star ! ;
If I could have just one wish . ;
I would wish for peace and happiness for everyone , not just me . ;
I still miss my family , but I rather see everyone smile , not just me . ;
